The surrounding cafes were all fully packed and we stumbled upon this cafe. It was also full but We got lucky and got a table at the Terrance area. Their indoor seating was closed. Queue was quick. We had the egg salad which is actually a hotdog but with egg salad and beef stew. Both were delicious.

The matcha latte and maple latte are delicious. It's about the same price as others in the area, so in context it's not an expensive place

Can’t really complain. We tried to get into Everyone’s Cafe but they required customers to use a Japanese language only terminal to register for a table. Gave up after poking at some buttons I recognized. We tried Cafe Suiren next but that was inside a paid admissions gallery. Didn’t want to go to the Starbucks so we ended up here despite the low rating. Expensive (600 yen half pint draft and one 750 yen matcha float for my kid) but otherwise no real issues. Be aware there is no public bathroom.
